Spouses of new CAOs and spouses attending the conference for the first time are invited to request a Conference Colleague by checking the appropiate box and completing this form. An experienced CAO spouse will serve as a conference mentor, helping the new spouse become familiar with the program and the network of spouses. Experienced CAO spouses also are encouraged to volunteer as mentors by using this form.

Note: Please inform the CAO spouse that he/she is registered for the Conference Colleague Program, if someone other than the spouse completed this form.

Experienced Spouse: I would like to serve as a Conference Colleague in the 2008 CAO Spouses Program. Those who serve as Conference Colleagues agree to call their colleagues to make arrangements to meet at the conference, to greet their colleagues on November 1 at 4:00 p.m., to introduce their colleagues to others at the meeting, and to share information about past spouses programs.
